The Sharp Aquos Crystal has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) S-CG Silicon LCD display with almost no bezels on the sides and the top. The bezel on the bottom is for the front-facing camera and the sensors. It has Direct wave receiver that makes calls clearer and allows you to adjust the phone in different positions. It has proprietary DSP technology and Harman/Kardon LiveStage audio.
The smartphone has metal rim on the sides that gives it a premium look. You can hardly see the bezel even from the sides. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is almost stock. It is 10 mm thick and weighs 140 grams
It has a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, which is actually present below the display. The removable back has patterns. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1080p video recording. It has 4G LTE support, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expandable memory up to 128GB and packs a 2040 mAh battery. At the launch in August it was priced at 54480 Japanese Yen (Rs. 32,300 approx.), but it is available on contract from U.S. carriers. It is not likely to launch in India.
