The G Watch R has a circular 1.3-inch (320 x 320 pixels) P-OLED Display compared to 1.65-inch (280 x 280 pixels) LCD display on the G Watch . The display is bright. Since the smartwatch has an ambient light sensor, it can adjust the brightness automatically.
Unlike the Moto 360 that has a small gap on the bottom for the sensors, the LG G Watch has been designed to use the complete display.
Specifications of the G Watch R are similar to the first G Watch, including a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 SoC, 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. It is dust and water-resistant and can stay in water up to meter deep for 30 minutes and packs a 410mAh battery. It has different set of sensors such as 9-Axis (Gyro/ Accelerometer/ Compass), Barometer and PPG to measure your heart rate.
