Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Benchmarks

Samsung unveiled the the Galaxy Note Edge smartphone the IFA back in September. We brought you the unboxing of the Note Edge recently, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It has the same Quad-Core Snapdragon 805 (APQ8084) 28nm HPm Krait 450 CPU clocked at 2.65 GHz with Adreno 420 GPU, has 3GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat), similar to the Galaxy Note 4. It has a 5.6-inch (1440 x 2560 pixels) Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display that bends on the right side that utilizes 160 pixels.

AnTuTu Benchmark 4

It scored 38289 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark 4.

AnTuTu Benchmark 5

In AnTuTu Benchmark 5, the Note Edge scored 45830 points and lies behind the Note 4.

Vellamo 2.0 HTML5

It scored 1891 points in the Vellamo 2 HTML5 browser benchmark.

Vellamo 2.0 Metal

It scored 1505 points and topped the Vellamo 2 Metal CPU subsystem performance test.

Linpack Single Thread

It managed to clock around 259.5 MFLOPS in the Linpack Single Thread.

Linpack Multi-Thread

It managed to clock 515.8 MFLOPS in the Linpack Multi-Thread benchmark.

Geekbench 3 Single-Core

It scored 1091 points in the Geekbench 3 Single-Core benchmark and lies behind the Octa-Core Note 4.

Geekbench 3 Multi-Core

It scored 3182 points in the Geekbench 3 Multi-Core benchmark.

NenaMark 2

It managed to clock 59.7fps in the NenaMark 2 GPU benchmark.

GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex (On screen)

It clocked 26.3 fps in the GFXBench 2.7 T-Rex OnScreen benchmark and lies behind the Snapdragon-powered Note 4.

GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan (On screen)

The Note Edge managed to clock 7.7fps in the GFXBench 3.0 Manhattan OnScreen benchmark.

3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited

It scored 19240 points in the 3DMark Ice Storm Unlimited benchmark and lies behind the Note Edge.

Basemark X 1.0 HD (Onscreen)

It managed to clock around 14.3fps and lies behind the Nexus 6 in the Basemark X 1.0 OnScreen benchmark.

Basemark X 1.0 HD (Offscreen)

In the Basemark X 1.0 OffScreen benchmark, the Note Edge clocked 20.9fps.

Basemark OS II

Finally, in the Basemark OS II benchmark, the Note Edge scored 1263 points and grabs the second spot, behind the Nexus 6.
