An entry level Asus ZenFone smartphone has been leaked with some specs. Android Police points to this document over on Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group) that was filed by Asustek Computer Inc.
The Asus device is codenamed ZC451CG and it will feature 4.5″ FWVGA (854 x 480) display, 1 GB RAM, dual-core Intel processor, 5 MP rear and VGA front cameras, a 2,100 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat with ZenUI. It will come with Bluetooth 4.0. The description describes the new phone as “the successor of hot selling smartphone model- ZenFone” with “outstanding photo and video quality.”
Asus launched Zenfone 4, 5 and 6 at CES 2014 that garnered decent reviews. Lets see how the ZC451CG device will fare next year. Asus is expected to announce the phone at CES 2015 in January.
