Samsung announced the Galaxy A5 smartphone with all metallic build few months back. We brought you the unboxing and benchmarks recently now let’s take a look at the hardware of the phone in this photo gallery.
Samsung Galaxy A5 has 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display. It is powered by quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) SoC that has four ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs clocked at 1.19 GHz per core and has Adreno 306 GPU, similar to the Galaxy Mega 2. It has a 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 5MP front facing camera and Samsung branding along with the earpiece at the center.
The phone has trademark home button and on-screen touch buttons. It is 6.7mm thick and weighs 123g.
The phone has a full metal body and the back cover cannot be removed. It has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 1080p video recording.
The Duos branding is seen at the bottom of the back of the phone.
The volume rockers are present on the left.
The power button, SIM and microSD card slots are present on the right.
It has dual nano SIM slots. The secondary SIM slot can also be used as a microSD slot when required.
At the top the phone has microphone and branding that says Qualcomm 4G.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 comes in Pearl White, Midnight Black, Platinum Silver, Soft Pink, Light Blue and Champagne Gold color. The Galaxy A5 is expected to launch soon in India.
