Adobe has launched Lightroom photographic companion app on Android. The app will let users organize and edit pictures as you take them on your phone.
To run smoothly on Android, Adobe Lightroom requires handset running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or later, a minimum 1.7GHz quad-core CPU, and Adobe recommends you have at least 8GB of free space on your device. The app also syncs online with your full-sized Lightroom software on your computer and for the same users will need Lightroom 5 on their desktop and one of Adobe’s Creative Cloud plans in order to use it.
The app allows you to quickly flag or reject photos you have taken on your phone or other images stored in your library including images shot in raw format. Photographs can be edited by using Lightroom features such as exposure, highlights, shadows, composure, and so on. Adobe had already released the Lightroom app for iPhone last month.
