Moto E 2nd Gen running Android 5.0 Lollipop surface in renders

Renders of the second generation Moto E has surfaced online. Android Police has got hold of these images that shows a smartphone with a similar design of the Moto E that runs Android 5.0 (Lollipop). This doesn’t have a front-facing speaker, but has a front-facing camera that was not present in the first generation Moto E. The rear camera doesn’t have a flash, but the phone has a secondary microphone next to the camera.

According to earlier rumors, the new Moto E is expected to sport a 4.5-inch qHD (960×540 pixels) display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM. Hope it comes with an auto focus camera since the first generation Moto E only had a fixed-focus camera. Other specifications are not available yet.

Since the renders are out, the second generation Moto E is expected to be announced officially in coming weeks.
