Microsoft just announced the Lumia 640 XL, a larger variant of the Lumia 640 smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 in Barcelona. It has a 5.7-inch HD display, comes with a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, but this is powered by the same quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1. It also comes in single SIM or dual SIM 4G and 3G variants.
Microsoft offers 1 year of office 365 subscription, 1TB One Drive storage and 60 minutes of international Skype calling per month.

The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL comes in orange, cyan, black, and white colors and is priced at 189 Euros (US$ 211 / Rs. 13,080 approx.) for the 3G variant and the LTE variant costs 219 Euros (US$245 / Rs. 15,160 approx.), before taxes and subsidies. It would ship globally from March.
