Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 5.0 Lollipop update starts rolling out in India

Samsung has started rolling out Android 5.0.1 (Lollipop) update for the Galaxy Note 4 in India. The Galaxy Note 4 smartphone was launched in India running on Android 4.4 (KitKat) back in October last year. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the Galaxy S5 got the Android 5.0 Lollipop update in India last month.

The Android 5.0 Lollipop update brings all-new material design, quick notifications on the lock screen, enhanced performance and more. After the update the available memory will be decreased by minimum 950MB and you need at least 4GB of free space, says Samsung.

The Android 5.0 update for the Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910G) is 1030.25MB and is available Over-the-Air (OTA) in India. It should also be available via Kies soon.
