Spice Stellar 405, the company’s latest budget smartphone is now available from Saholic. It packs a 4-inch WVGA screen, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support and even has 3G support.
