Xiaomi introduced a 5000mAh portable power bank with just 9.9mm thickness last year. We managed to get one from China recently. Here is the unboxing.

It has a ON/OFF button, battery level indicator, micro USB slot for charging the power bank and a standard USB slots for charging your device. The power bank weighs 156 grams, similar to the 5200mAh Mi power bank, yet has a slim profile.
It has the same brushed aluminium finish on the outside, similar to the other Mi Power banks and is designed by Texas Instruments. It has 9 circuit protection and offers enhanced charge-discharge efficiency. Xiaomi promises 93% charging conversion rate for the power bank. It has 2.0A input and 2.1A output, so you can even charge an iPad.
The 5000mAh slim power bank from Xiaomi is priced at 49 Yuan (Rs. 500 / US$ 8 approx.) in China and is yet to launch in India. Check out the unboxing of Xiaomi’s 16000mAh power bank as well.
