Asus has announced the second generation of ZenWatch, its Android Wear powered smartwatch. The company showcased the ZenWatch 2 in two different sizes at the ongoing Computex 2015.
The ZenWatch adds a metal crown bringing it in line with other Android Wear devices and also the Apple Watch. The ZenWatch 2 comes two sizes where the larger one measures 49 x 41mm with a 22mm watch bands, and a smaller one at 45 x 37mm with 18mm bands. Both the models sport an AMOLED display with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and are powered by a Qualcomm Processor. The original ZenWatch had an IP55 rating and now it has bumped to an IP67 rating. Both the models run the latest version of Android Wear and come with a new “wellness” app for health tracking, and a “Watch Face Land” app allowing users to create their own watch faces for the device.

Both the models of the ZenWatch 2 come in silver, gunmetal, and rose-gold finishes and rubber strap comes in Blue, Orange, Red, and Taupe colors while a soft, premium leather strap is available in Khaki, Brown, Gray, Blue, and Orange. There is no information about pricing and availability of the ZenWatch 2.
