You might already be familiar with the Gionee M5, the smartphone that packs dual-batteries that together provides a massive 6000mAH of capacity. Now, we have news about its little brother, the Marathon M4 which also packs a slightly less but nevertheless powerful battery capacity of 5000 mAH.
As the name suggests, the Marathon M4 is the successor to the Marathon M3 from last year and is being marketed for its powerful and long lasting battery. The company claims that the phone can give upto 65 hours of talk-time and a stand-by time of 463 hours.
The device has 4G LTE support and has a metal design. The device is rumored to be packing a 5 inch 720p display with 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of memory, 8 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front facing camera.
It is expected to be announced sometime later this month at a price less than Rs 19,000 (Around US$ 300). It will join the likes of the Gionee E8 and the M5 which are set to be announced next week.
