LG had announced its flagship phone G4 in April this year. The latest flagship from LG has now officially launched in India for Rs 51,000. Let’s take a detailed look at the hardware and specifications of the phone from all the angles in this photo gallery.
The LG G4 sports a 5.5-inch (2560×1440 pixels) Quad HD In-cell Touch Quantum display at 538 ppi and is powered by 1.8 GHz hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor with Adreno 418 GPU. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the phone comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal memory and expandable memory with microSD.
The G4 has a 8MP front-facing camera along with the earpiece at the center and a set of proximity and ambient light sensors.
It has on screen touch buttons and the LG logo on the bezel below the display.
The 3.5mm audio jack, microphone and the micro USB port are present on the bottom.
The secondary microphone and the Infrared LED are present on the top.
The phone had no keys or buttons on the left side. It measures 148.9×76.1×9.8-6.3 and weighs 155 grams.
The right side is also plain with no buttons.
The G4 continues to get the trademark design from its predecessors. The power button and volume rockers are placed at the back. It has a 16MP rear camera with OIS 2.0, F1.8 aperture, LED Flash and Laser Auto Focus with 4K video recording at the back.
The loudspeaker grill is present on the left side at the back along with the G4 branding.
The LG G4 comes with a handstiched leather finish back cover that looks classy.
It has a removable back cover.
The phone has a 3,000 mAh removable battery and supports wireless charging. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1 LE (APT-x) , GPS, NFC, Slim Port. The LG G4 launched in India is a dual SIM version and has two slots under the removable black cover. It comes in Red, White and Brown colors with leather finish.
