Nokia Z launcher for Android updated with widget support

Nokia had launched the Z launcher for Android in June last year following which it was available for download in beta. Today, the mobile launcher has been updated with widget support.

The latest Z Launcher update that bumps the app to version 1.2.0 can add widgets to the dedicated widgets page by tapping and holding on the display, then dragging and dropping the widgets you want. These widgets can also be resized as per your choice. The widget page can be accessed by simply swiping left from edge of the ranked list and a long press on widget and release to resize or remove.

You can now swipe to the right to bring up the A-to-Z app list instead of using the standard button at the bottom. Nokia has also added performance improvements and bug fixes. One of the unique features of the Z Launcher is its Scribble feature that allows you to draw a letter on the screen with your finger and then jump directly to a list of apps and contacts that begin with that letter.
