Apple Music signup page starts showing up on iOS 8.4 Beta, starts at Rs. 120 for India

Apple announced Apple Music, its own music streaming service at the WWDC earlier this week. Apple started rolling out fourth beta of iOS 8.4 to developers recently that adds revamped Apple Music app. New popups for Apple Music sign up pages have started showing up for developers. It is even showing up for developers using the latest iOS 8.4 beta in India that reveals the pricing for individual plan as Rs. 120 ($2 approx.) per month and Rs. 180 ($3 approx.) per month for a family plan that provides service for up to six family members. Apple offers 3 months of free Apple Music trail.

In the US you have to pay $9.99 per month for single membership and $ 14.99 per month for a family plan. Apple Music has a catalog of 30 million songs, 24/7 Beats 1′ 24-hour radio, Apple Music radio and also lets you build your own station by selecting a song, album, or artist. It is not clear if Apple will bring the entire catalog to India.

Apple Music will roll out in over 100 countries for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC on June 30th. It will roll out to the public with iOS 8.4 later this month. Apple Music will launch on Android and Apple TV in the fall.
