Google Slides updated with Chromecast support

Google has updated Slides with Chromecast HDMI dongle support. The latest update will allow users wirelessly stream presentations to the big screen.

To use the new feature, open a presentation in Google Slides, go near a Chromecast device, and hit the cast button. At the time of streaming the content, users smartphone or tablet will act as a remote control. It allows you to advance slides, view speaker notes and stay on track with a built-in timer. iOS users can also use Chromecast for presentation, as the app for iPhones and iPads now supports AirPlay. Google Slides was updated last year with Material Design features.
