HTC EVO 4G, the powerful smartphone which was announced last week by Sprint at the CTIA 2010 is expected to launch next month. According to the Sprint’s Facebook page, this handset will be available from April 16 in the US. HTC EVO 4G is the Sprint’s first smartphone which comes with a 4G connectivity.
The WiMax enabled HTC EVO 4G is powered by Android 2.1 operating system and it has a powerful 1 GHz Snapdragon processor. Some notable features include a 4.3 inches WVGA display with 800×480 pixels resolution, 8 megapixel camera with HD (720p) video recording, 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP Stereo and EDR, built-in kickstand for hands-free viewing and much more.
Other features include a 1.3MP front-facing camera, 1GB ROM, 512MB RAM, high-quality video streaming, 3.5 mm audio jack, MicroSD card slots, 32GB expandable memory, A-GPS Digital compass, G-Sensor, proximity sensor, proximity sensor, light sensor and so on.
