Huawei Honor 7 with fingerprint scanner set for June 30th launch


It looks like Huawei will announce Honor 7 smartphone by end of this month. A new teaser from the company shows a fingerprint and the date of announcement June 30th.

The teaser shows a fingerprint-style number 7 with the date June 30th underneath. A finger print scanner was rumored on the device for some time. Huawei is said to announce the device in two versions – one regular and one high end. It is expected that the phone will come with a 5-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution and is powered by a 64-bit Octa- core CPU and company’s home made  Kirin 935 chipset.

The standard version of the handset will come with 3GB  of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The premium version offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is a 13MP camera with OIS3280 and 3280mAH battery that powers the devices. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop it will have Emotion UI 3.0 on top. Huawei has not confirmed these specs but we will get to know then by the end of this month.
