YU has announced that the YU YUPHORIA smartphone will be available in Golden Ticket Sale tomorrow for select customers those who have registered to buy the smartphone but were unable to get it. The sale happens on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 2 PM to 5 PM. Registered customers who were unable to purchase the YUPHORIA will be eligible to participate in the sale. They will receive an email from Amazon.in informing them of their access to the sale, said the company.
The YU YUPHORIA got a new incremental Cyanogen OS update recently for fixing proximity sensor issues, improve camera, keyboard, offer better thermal management and more. The company already announced that Cyanogen OS 12.1 update based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) for the YUREKA and YUPHORIA is in the final phase of testing.
