Twitter updates dashboard to show account activation details, recent logins and more

Twitter has rolled out a new data dashboard that strengthens the security on your account. The updated data dashboard will allow users to keep a tab on their account activities.

The dashboard, which helps users monitor and control their accounts is available in settings under “Your Twitter data”. Twitter will ask you for your password in order to check out the dashboard Users can review their log-in history and see devices that are currently connected on. In addition, they will also be able to see the activity of apps that they have allowed access to their account. The dashboard will list information on when you account was activated, the individual devices that have accessed your account, and recent login history.

The main aim of the new dashboard for Twitter is to make user accounts more secure considering the rising incidents of hacking. Twitter says that if you  notice a login from a suspicious location, you can change your password and sign up for 2-step verification for extra security.
