Journalists in the US have started getting invites for Apple’s iPhone 4.0 OS Event which is happening on Thursday April 8 . We found this invite on Digital Daily and Apple is inviting the press to get a sneek peek of the upcoming iPhone 4.0 OS
Looks like most of the top US publications have received invites and interestingly this event is happening at Apple’s Cupertino HQ so there must be something special as usual.
What’s been really cool about Apple is that you can get the latest OS even if you own a earlier version of the device. In fact I’m running iPhone 3.0 on my first gen iPhone . Let’s hope that iPhone 4.0 is backward compatible hardware wise.
