Motorola’s Moto G (3rd gen) continues to surface in new leaks and this time the phone is seen in retail box packing along with all its contents. The retail box which has purple shapes boasts of the Moto G (3rd gen) in black and back covers in two other colors.
The photos shows the box contents like the phone, USB cable, charger and blue and green back covers. The screen protector on the phone reveals some of its specs like the “3rd generation”, IPX7 waterproof rating, 4G support, 13MP rear and 5MP front facing camera, dual SIM and 16GB memory and 2GB RAM. Previous rumors have suggested that the phone will offer 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM, so it’s possible that Motorola will come in a different version as well. The Moto G 3rd gen will be running Snapdragon 1.4GHz processor and have a 5-inch 720p display and a 2470mAh battery.
Meanwhile, in a different leak the Moto G (3rd gen) was listed on Flipkart with 1GB RAM and 8GB memory. Other specs for the 1 GB model leaked by Flipkart include a 5-inch display with a 720 x 1280 resolution along with Gorilla Glass 3. The phone running Android 5.1.1 will be powered by a 1.4Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor while the camera and battery specs are the same. The Flipkart listing which was taken down priced the device at Rs 11,999. Motorola is expected to launch the Moto G and Moto X 2015 on July 28th.
