The Canvas Xpress 2 packs a 5-inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 178-degree wide viewing angle, is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek processor and has 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It features a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with dual LED Flash, OmniVision OV13850 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Largan 5P lens, Blue Glass Filter and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with OmniVision OV2680 sensor.
It has a removable back cover. Present under the back cover are two micro SIM slots and a microSD card slot that accepts cards up to 32GB. It has 8GB of internal storage and a 2500mAh removable battery. It packs Cirrus Logic Wolfson Stereo DAC. It has 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS support. It goes on sale exclusively on Flipkart through flash sale starting from August 4th at 2PM. Registrations for the sale begins today.
