Micromax launched the Canvas Xpress 2 yesterday for Rs 5,999. We have already seen hands on impressions and unboxing of the phone and now lets take a look at the phone in this photo gallery.
The Canvas Xpress 2 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592M processor with Mali 450 GPU. Running Android 4.4 (KitKat), upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop), the phone comes with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD.
At the front the device has notification LED along with earpiece grill and the usual set of proximity and ambient light sensor and 2-megapixel camera with OmniVision OV2680 sensor.
There are three on-screen buttons.
The volume rockers and power/lock key are present on the right side of the phone.
There are no keys on the left side of the phone.
The 3.5mm audio jack and secondary noise cancellation microphone sits on the top of the phone.
The micro USB port and loud speaker grills are present at the bottom.
There is a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, 1/3.06-inch OmniVision OV13850 sensor, Largan 5P lens.
The removable back cover has a Micromax logo at the center.
Dual micro SIM card slots and the micro SD card slot are present under the removable back cover. The phone has a 2,500mAh removable battery.
The phone supports connectivity options like 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. The Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 E313 comes in Black finish with Gold rim.
