Gionee has announced S5.1 Pro, the latest smartphone in the S series in China. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) AMOLED display with a 2.5D curved glass, is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Amigo UI 3.1 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection on the front and the back, which is also curved and has a metal frame.
