LG has announced LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition, the company’s latest Android Wear smartwatch with stainless steel body. It has a better 1.38-inch 348 PPI display, compared to the 245ppi display on the first Watch Urbane. It also has built-in 4G LTE connectivity and GPS, making it the first Android Wear smartwatch to support LTE. The new Android Wear Watch from LG works with iOS too, but LG says that cellular enabled features will vary across Android and iOS.
Even though it has the same Snapdragon 400 processor and 4GB of storage, RAM has been increased to 768MB from 512MB. It has three buttons on the right side that offer quick access to shortcut settings such as contacts, LG Health and apps list. The Ambient mode can be enabled by pressing the crown button. It has 16 watch faces, fitness-related features such as heart rate tracking, workout tips and stress level monitoring and more.

It has hairline-etched stainless steel 316L body and durable hypoallergenic TPSiV elastomer band. It packs a slightly bigger 570mAh battery, compared to the first Urbane and also has power the power saving mode to extend the battery life. It has IP67 ratings for water resistance so that it can withstand up to 30 minutes under water at a maximum depth of 1m.

The LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition comes in Space Black, Opal Blue, Luxe White and Signature Brown colors and will go on sale first in the United States and Korea, followed by other markets in Europe, CIS, Asia and the Middle East.
