Huawei announced its Honor smart band dubbed as Honor Zero back in July and following which it was finally launched in India as Honor Band Z1 yesterday. We went hands on with the device at the launch event yesterday, and now let us take a detailed looks at the specs and hardware of the device in the photo gallery.
The device has a 1.06 inch (128 x 128 pixels) POLED display and is powered by Cortex M4 STM32F411 chip. It looks like a smartwatch and shows time. The band comes with a textured rubbed strap.
The Honor Band Z has brushed metal bezel around the dial and doesn’t have any physical buttons.
There are POGO pins that are present below the round dial for charging it.
The device comes with a rubber strap that is similar to a conventional watch.
The Honor Band Z1 shows message notifications and incoming call alerts and you can also mute incoming calls easily. It is also water and dust proof with IP68 certification. Similar to most of the fitness trackers, this one has a pedometer and tracks your steps, calories burnt and other activities. It can also track your sleep and has silent alarm to wake you up from sleep.
The Honor Band 1 has a 70mAh battery with up to 4 days of usage time and up to 14 days standby.
It comes in Black, Beige, White color band options and is priced at Rs. 5,499. The device will go on sale in India sale by the end of October.
