Xiaomi is known to make a really wide portfolio of products as they have acquired quite a many number of companies that manufacture different products. One of their latest products is a set of AA sized batteries that have a Rainbow theme.
The rainbow theme refers to the colours of the batteries as they have a wide range of colours. The AA (Size 5) batteries come in a box set of 10 pieces and each battery comes in a different color. They also have a largerly minimalistic design with the number 5 insignia on them. The product was launched on October 29th under the Zmi branding which also makes Mi’s power banks. The batteries use a high quality carbon rod from a company called Maxell in Japan which has a higher discharge compared to other similar sized batteries.
The batteries can last upto 7 years. They retail for a price of 9.9 Yuan (Around Rs. 100) for a set of 10 batteries. They also come with a hard plastic case to help you store and carry the batteries safely.
