The specifications of the successor to the Smartisan T1, The T2 have been a mystery until now. A new leak from an AnTuTu benchmark reveals the device’s specifications.
The smartphone will have a 5″ 1080p display that is powered by a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset with Adreno 418 GPU. It will also have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM.
The primary camera will be a 13 Megapixel unit and there will also be a secondary 5 Megapixel front facing camera. The handset will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box along with Smartisan UI on top. Currently, the latest version available is Smartisan V2.0 that debuted along with the Smartisan U1 smartphone. However, there is a chance that the T2 will come with a newer version of the UI.
The smartphone managed to score almost 65,000 points on the benchmark test which means it is quite powerful and could put up a fight with the likes of OnePlus 2 and other high end smartphones. No details regarding the price or release date are available at the moment but we will keep you updated.
