Adobe Lightroom Mobile now available for free for Android

Adobe has made Lightroom Mobile free to Android users. The version 1.4 of the Lightroom Mobile app can be used without any fees and it also does not require a Creative Cloud Subscription.

Android users can take advantage of the organizational, editing, and sharing abilities available on the Lightroom Mobile app. Although, you do not need a Creative Cloud subscription, signing in with it will enable you to synchronize files and edits with Lightroom on a desktop as well as with Lightroom Web. You can sign up for an Adobe ID and get a time-limited trial.

The app will let you edit raw DNG files and brings support for auto-adjustments, filters, file syncing and more. Earlier in October this year, Adobe made the Lightroom mobile apps for iPhone and iPad free. The company said that the response to the free iOS version has been extremely positive and it hopes the same reaction from Android users.
