Google adds more Chromecast-enabled games for Android and iOS

Google introduced Chromecast-enabled games last year, so that Chromecast users can use the phone or a tablet as the controller and the TV screen like a game or score board to play games like Wheel of Fortune or other classics on a big screen.

Today Google has expanded the list of games for Android and iOS devices that now includes Rovio’s Angry Birds Friends, Hasbro games which have been remastered for the big screen experience and more. Google said that Hasbro games are available only in the US and Canada.

Some new Chromecast-enabled games include:

  • Angry Birds Friends
  • Driver Speedboat Paradise
  • Monopoly Here & Now
  • Yahtzee Blitz
  • The Game of Life
  • Scrabble Blitz 2.0
  • Risk (Now compete for world domination with friends and family)

You can check out the complete set of Chromecast-enabled games on the Google website here that offers split-screen experience. Many more games will continue to be made available, said Google.
