Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 3 smartphone last month. We brought you the unboxing and benchmarks of the smartphone recently, here we have the battery life test results. The Redmi Note 3 packs a 4000mAh built-in battery, which is larger than the than 3060mAh battery on the Redmi Note 2. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor and runs on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop). Check out the test results below.
Talk Time
It lasted for 25 hours and 4 minutes in our talk time test, which is average compared to other smartphones with huge batteries.
3G Browsing
It lasted for 6 hours and 40 minutes in our 3G browsing test and grabs the third spot, behind the Galaxy Note5.
WiFi Browsing
It lasted for 9 hours and 5 minutes in our WiFi Browsing test, which is good.
Video Playback
Finally, in our Video Playback test, the Redmi Note 3 lasted for 12 hours and 30 minutes.
