Earlier this week, Apple had seeded iOS 9.3 public beta for developers. Today, the company has released the first public beta of the latest OS for testers.
The iOS 9.3 over-the-air update will be rolled out to beta testers who have signed up for Apple’s beta testing program. After installing the public beta profile and restarting your device, you will have to go to Settings>General>Software Update to begin the iOS 9.3 beta download and install process. The iOS 9.3 version comes equipped with an array of new features such as Night Shift, secure notes, refreshed News app, CarPlay improvements and more.
Night Shift feature automatically shifts the color temperature of an iOS device by using it’s clock and geo-location to determine when it’s sunset in your location. The CarPlay is getting new features such as “Nearby” for Apple Maps that shows everything around you and also offers new music recommendation features in Apple Music. The iOS 9.3 also includes secure passwords and Touch ID protection for Notes. The popular 3D Touch feature has now expanded to other apps like Weather, Settings, Compass, Health, App Store, and iTunes Store.
