The Lumia 950 XL packs a 5.7-inch (1440×2560 pixels) QHD AMOLED ClearBlack display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor with Adreno 430 GPU, has 3GB of RAM and runs on Windows 10 Mobile. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
It has a 20-megapixel autofocus camera on the back with ZEISS optics, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), triple LED flash and has Rich Recording support with four microphones.
It has Dual nano SIM support, 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C 3.1 connectivity options. It packs a 3340mAh removable battery with fast charging and Qi wireless charging.
