The OPPO F1 has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 64-bit processor with Adreno 405 GPU, has 3GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Color OS 2.1 on top. Since it is a selfie-focused smartphone, it has a 8-megapixel camera on the front with f/2.0 aperture, 1/4″ sensor and software features such as Beautify 3.0 and lets you use the screen as a flash light for capturing better images in low lighting conditions.
It has 16GB of internal storage and hybrid dual SIM support that lets you use the second slot as a microSD expansion slot when required.
It has a 13-megapixel camera on the back with f/2.2 sensor, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and LED flash. It has a metal alloy body treated with zircon sand surface coating that offers a smooth finish. It has 4G LTE connectivity and packs a 2500mAh built-in battery.
