Twitter has added a couple of important features to its mobile apps and desktop website. The micro blogging site is rolling out the ability to search for GIFs on iOS, Android and twitter.com
In addition to GIF search, Twitter is also adding the ability for its users on iOS and Android to capture & share videos in your Direct Messages. Prior to this update, users could only share photos via DM, hence this is a welcome move by Twitter. Last year in August, it enabled users to send messages of up to 10,000 characters. The feature is rolling out on Android and iOS while you can only watch the videos via the Web client. The latest addition of new features is coming to Twitter as the micro blogging site is striving to increase its users base. The company’s 320 million user base was at stand still in Q4, 2015.
