Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 3 smartphone in India earlier this month starting at Rs. 9999. We already brought you the teardown of the Helio X10 version of the Redmi Note 3, here is the teardown of the Snapdragon 650 version, which also has a new 16-megapixel camera.

After removing the back cover, separating the ribbon cable, battery and disconnecting the ribbon cables, connecting the logic board on the bottom part of the phone, you need to remove the plastic cover present over the speaker and the micro USB. The logic board has micro USB and microphone soldered to it.
It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, and f/2.0 aperture.
There is a 5MP front-facing OmniVision camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
After disconnecting the ribbon cables and removing the screws, you get access to the logic board on the top. It has the hybrid Dual SIM slots, 3.5mm audio jack, proximity sensor, Snapdragon 650 SoC and 2GB of RAM under the shield on the right corner and the 16GB memory chip is present on the left side of it, under the shield.
On the back side of the logic board there is dual LED flash.
Coming to the display, it has a vibrator on left corner, earpiece in the middle and the digitizer IC.
It has a huge 4000mAh (minimum) / 4050mAh (typical) Lithium-ion Polymer battery.
