Earlier this month it was reported that LG has applied for G5 SE trademark in South Korea. Now, image of G5 QuickCover case has leaked that says it is compatible with both G5 and G5 SE.
The image shows packaging of QuickCover packaging that clearly says LG G5 and G5 SE written at the back. If the QuickCover case is compatible for both the phones, it is may be safe to say that they will have same design. Earlier report had stated that LG had applied for the G5 SE trademark in December last year and it cannot be said that the company has simply taken a cue from Apple for its iPhone SE.
At the moment it is not known, if the G5 SE will be a mid range or trickled down version of the G5. LG has launched several variants of their main flagship smartphone in the past, and it looks like the company will follow the same trait for its new G5. The QucikCover case image was posted by UK retail website MobileFun.
Unfortunately, at the moment there are no details about the specification of the LG G5 SE.
