The Canvas 6 Pro has a 5.2-inch 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, similar to the Canvas 6, but this is powered by a slightly faster 2GHz Octa-Core Mediatek Helio X10 (MT6795m) processor and packs 4GB of RAM. Running on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Around UI on top, it has 16GB of internal storage with expansion slot.
It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front with 85.7-degree wide-angle lens along with the usual set of proximity and ambient light sensors. It has onscreen touch buttons.
The volume rockers and the power button are present on the right side of the phone.
The micro USB slot and the primary microphone are present on the bottom, while the 3.5mm audio jack is present on the top.
The phone has plastic build, unlike the Canvas 6 that has metal build. On the back there is a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) for quick focus, 4K video recording, but it doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor like the Canvas 6.
The back cover is removable, which shows a 3000mAh removable battery. Also seen are the micro and nano SIM slots and a microSD slot that accepts cards up to 128GB. It comes in black color, is already available for pre-order from the Micromax website and goes on sale from next week.
