Samsung introduced the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones in Black Onyx, Gold Platinum, White Pearl and Silver Titanium colors back in February. The company today introduced new Pink Gold color variant of these smartphones in Korea. According to Samsung, the Pink gold color variant offers a charming look, yet give elegant depth. Samsung introduced Pink Gold Galaxy Note5 in Korea back in October last year.

The new Pink Gold Galaxy S7 and S7 edge smartphones come with 32GB of internal storage, are priced at 836,000 Won (US$ 737 / Rs. 48900 approx.) and 924,000 Won (US$ 815 / Rs. 54050 approx.) respectively and are available in Korea starting today. Samsung said that these phones will soon roll out in select markets.

In Korea it has partnered with cosmetics company MEMEBOX to promote the new color variant of the S7 and S7 edge offline targeting women.

Regarding new Pink Gold Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge versions, Samsung said:

Pink Gold was chosen as it, like the other colors available for the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, is a natural color that provides a sense of comfort. These hues glitter and shimmer as if illuminated from inside their glass surfaces. In particular, the refined, skin tone-inspired Pink Gold color scheme is intended to soothe and incorporate a touch of gentleness, radiance and sophistication to the smartphones’ design.
