Gmail 6.4 for Android brings Microsoft Exchange support for all

Google has updated Gmail app for Android to version 6.4 that finally brings for Microsoft Exchange accounts for all the users. Gmail 5.0 for Android brought support for Exchange accounts back in November 2014, but it was available only for Nexus, Google Play edition and Android One devices.

Gmail already supports IMAP, POP3 email accounts like Yahoo and Outlook. This latest update doesn’t seem to bring any other new features. Last month Gmail got new security features for safe access of emails that includes Safe Browsing notification and state-sponsored attack warnings.

The latest Gmail 6.4 update for Android is gradually rolling out for the users through Google Play Store, but you can download the APK from here.
