Coolpad launched the Note 3 smartphone in India back in October last year for Rs. 8,999. Today the company has announced a permanent Rs. 500 price cut for the Black version of the smartphone to celebrate the success of Note 3 voted as the No.1 smartphone in the sub 10k category. Coolpad said that it also won the “Best mobile and accessory brand” in “Brands with Outstanding E-Retail Performance category” at the India Retail & E-retail Congress.
The Coolpad Note 3 packs a 5.5-inch HD display, is powered by an Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Cool UI on top, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, fingerprint sensor on the back made by FPC 1025, dual SIM support, 4G connectivity with support for LTE bands for India, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of storage with expansion slot and a 3000mAh battery.
The Coolpad Note 3 Black variant is available from Amazon.in at Rs. 8,499. The company said that the offer is available till stock lasts.
