Dell Inspiron 3000, 5000 and 7000 2-in-1 notebooks announced, starts at $249


Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series (Model 3168, Drax) Touch 11-inch notebook computer. Product's keyboard has been partially folded over into tablet form factor, with keyboard used as a stand.

Dell has announced a number of 2-in-1 Windows 10 notebooks under its Inspiron series at the ongoing Computex 2016 in Taiwan. The company has unveiled 2-in-1 devices in the Inspiron 11 3000, Inspiron 5000 and Inspiron 7000.

The 11-inch 2-in-1 Inspiron 3000 is powered by Windows 10 and has a HD resolution display (1366×768). It comes equipped with latest Intel processors upto Core m3. It features USB 3.0 port and Micro SD. The device comes with Waves MaxxAudio Pro for audio controls and tuning. It comes with SSDs that offer longer battery life, quicker responsiveness, quieter performance and improved shock resistance compared to conventional HDDs.

The Inspiron 5000 2-in-1s come in 13 inch and 15 inch variants and feature wide-angle FHD resolution display. They have an infrared camera option that lets you login with Windows Hello. The devices have a backlit keyboard option. The 2-in-1s come with SSD and offer upto 16GB of dual channel DDR4 memory.

The Inspiron 7000 2-in-1s come in 13, 15 and 17 inch variants. These Windows 10 devices are powered by 6th Gen Intel Core processor and feature wide-viewing angle screens with FHD resolution, infrared camera, and a standard backlit keyboard. They also come with USB Type C port works with power companions and DisplayPort monitors for ultra-high external resolutions.

Pricing and Availability 

11-inch 2-in-1 Inspiron 3000 starts at $249 and will be available beginning June 2

Inspiron 5000 2-in-1 starts at $529 and will be available beginning June 2

Inspiron 13, 15 and 17 7000 2-in-1 starts at $749 and will be available beginning June 2
