Samsung tests New Note UX under Galaxy beta program

Samsung has started testing New Note UX on the Galaxy Note 5 under the its new Galaxy Beta Program. The New Note UX does not come with an app drawer.

A couple of app icons including the dialer and message have been redesigned with new colors.  The icons are now rounded square and the notification panel also gets a number of toggle options. The Settings menu has also been updated.

The New Note UX will roll out to devices including the Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S6, S6 Edge, and the S6 Edge Plus in August this year. The program is currently available only for a select few Note 5 users in China and Korea.  It is not known if the program will expand beyond China and Korea.
