Firstly, you will now see messages that are not yet sent will be seen in the form of drafts in the chats list. Once the chat is sent the draft will move to the top. Moreover, all your drafts will now be synced across all devices. This essentially means that you can start typing a message on your phone and then continue it on your computer right where you left off.
The Telegram app for iOS lets you shrink video from YouTube and Vimeo and continue watching them while doing other tasks. You can drag the minimized video around the screen. On iPads, videos in PiP mode will follow you around even if you switch to a different app. PiP will become available for all videos in Telegram in one of the next updates. In case of Android, the app will now get an internal video player. In addition, you can view the entire set of a group‘s profile pictures instead of just the latest one.
