ZTE’s nubia introduced its flagship nubia Z11 smartphone earlier this week. We got to check out the smartphone at the MWC 2016 Asia in China, check out the video.
The nubia Z11 packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass bezel-less display with 81% screen-to-body ratio and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC. Running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with nubia UI 4.0, it has a 8-megapixel camera on the front.
It measures 151.8×72.3×7.50mm and weighs 162 grams. It has 4G LTE connectivity and hybrid dual SIM slot that lets you use the second slot as a microSD expansion slot. It comes in two variants, one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage and the high-end variant has 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
On the top there is a 3.5mm audio jack and also a infrared sensor.
The loudspeaker grill is present on the bottom along with USB Type-C port. It has AK4376 audio chip, Dolby Atmos and SmartPA amplifier.
It has unibody metal design, has a 16-megapixel camera on the back with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a fingerprint sensor that can unlock the phone in 0.1 seconds. It has a 3000mAh built-in battery with support for fast charging.
The nubia Z11 comes in Gold, Gray and Silver colors and is priced at 2499 yuan (US$ 376 / Rs. 25525 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant comes in Coffee Gold color and is priced at 3499 yuan (US$ 527 / Rs. 3,5730 approx.). It will go on sale in China starting from July 6th.
