LeEco and Coolpad are jointly launching a new smartphone. The announcement comes after LeEco recently acquired 11 per cent stake of the telecommunication equipment vendor Coolpad.
Coolpad has released a teaser on its official Weibo account which confirms the phone will be called as Cool 1 and it will sport dual camera setup. A leak few days back had offered a glimpse of back of the phone with metal body . The phone will sport a fingerprint sensor at the back however details of dual rear camera are still unknown. It is also rumored that the Cool 1 will have both LeEco’s EUI and Coolpad’s CoolUI on top.

- Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
- 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- Fingerprint scanner
- 3,500 mAh battery.
The Cool 1 is rumored to be unveiled on August 10, but the companies are yet to make any announcement on the launch of the smartphone.
