Samsung Galaxy Note7 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage surfaces

Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note7 smartphone earlier this week at an event in New York. Even though the smartphone was rumored to come in 6GB RAM variant as well, the company only announced the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage. Now a listing on China’s TENAA indicates that there are chances for a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant in future.

Unlike the Galaxy Note5 that came in both 32GB and 64GB storage variants, Samsung decided to release only the 64GB variant for Note7, so chances are high for the 128GB variant. The phone also comes with hybrid dual SIM support in some regions that lets you use the secondary SIM slot as a microSD expansion slot when required.

The Samsung Galaxy Note7 costs about $849.99 (Rs. 56,715 approx.) in the U.S and varies depending on the carrier. Offering more RAM and storage will increase the cost. It is not clear when the new variant will release or if this would be exclusive to China.

If you are planning to get the Galaxy Note7, will you spend more to buy a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant, if Samsung releases both the variants?
