Moto Z and Moto Z Force was introduced back in June. We got to check out the Moto Z at the ongoing IFA in Berlin. Here is the hands on video and a quick walk-through of its specifications in the form of photo gallery.
The Moto Z has a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED display, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC and comes in 3GB or 4GB RAM depending on the variant.
On the top there is a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture, Wide-Angle lens and LED flash.
There is a Moto branding below with display along with a fingerprint sensor.
On the right side there are volume rockers and the power button. The phone measures 153.3 × 75.3 × 5.19mm. It has brushed metal frame.
On the top there is a SIM and microSD expansion slot.
On the bottom there is a USB Type-C port. The phone lacks a 3.5mm audio jack and uses USB Type-C for audio.
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, OIS, Laser Autofocus, 1.12um pixel, f/1.8 aperture.
There is also a 16-pin connector on the lower part of the back for Moto Mods.
It has 4G LTE support, dual-band 802.11 ac with MIMO, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1 LE and GPS. It has 32GB or 64GB internal storage and weighs just 136 grams.
It has a 2600mAh built-in battery with Turbo charging. Moto Z is priced at $699.99 (Rs. 46640 approx.). The company already promised that it will launch the phone in India later this year.
